Circles are an indigenous transformative experience that gives space for diverse perspectives to be heard and deep connections to be cultivated. Circles are a form of structured dialogue that encourages affirming others, vulnerability, and active listening to assist with social-emotional growth of all involved. Circles are designated time to develop the necessary soft skills that help faculty and scholars grow, allowing us to get to know peers and scholars in a way we rarely would otherwise.
