Francesca, or Franki, serves as a Family and Community Engagement Manager at WA Charters where she develops parent engagement and advocacy programming as well as provides support to school-based engagement staff. Franki joins WA Charters having previously worked within Seattle Public Schools, facilitating family and student engagement and created professional development curriculum focusing on race and equity. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Seattle Pacific University, where she focused on Public Policy and Women’s studies and began her involvement in Seattle-based grassroots efforts. Franki is a strong advocate for high-quality public education, women’s rights, racial justice, and the Los Angeles Lakers.
