Natalie’s professional career started in community and economic development. Before co-founding Impact Public Schools, she worked in several non-profit organizations in the South Puget Sound region supporting underserved communities. Natalie volunteers with Seattle Public Schools and serves as an active PTA board member. She is a founding parent at Summit Public Schools Sierra. During the charter school campaign to “Save our Schools”, Natalie was one of the parent voices that directly changed the minds of lawmakers and decision makers in Olympia and throughout Washington state. Natalie is currently a board member with the Washington State Charters Schools Associations (WA Charters) and sits on several other community associations and boards throughout the region. Natalie has deep community connections and will drive the commitment between the community and Impact Public Schools for student success. She enjoys taking long drives around Washington with her husband and two daughters.
